Tryphème
Influenced by the pop side of electronic music, Tryphème produces an hybrid music made of hazy melodies and percussive rhythms. Her musical universe is a slight mix of electro, synthwave and shoegaze, full of emotion and energy. In January 2017, the label Central Processing Unit, based in Sheffield, will release her debut album entitled «Online Dating », bringing her international exposition. Tryphème will later appear on two various artists, « Remixes » at C.P.U and « U/V » released on Melodies Souterraines. Always in search of hybridization of various aesthetics, she is currently working on new musics for an LP. Alone on stage surrounded by her machines, Tiphaine Belin plays and sings
melodies that are wether colorful or dark. She has recently released a new piece called ‘ Universal Language ’ on Below the Radar #28 for The Wire. She’ll also be part of the ‘Musique Ambient Française’ vol.2 compilation on Joakim’s label Tigersushi. Besides Concrète, Visions Festival or Nuits Sonores in Lyon, she has performed live in UK, both in London and Sheffield as part of ‘Shaped the Future‘ Boiler Room in collaboration with the Warp Records. Following her
new partnership with Kongfuzi booking agency, Tryphème will tour on an international scale promoting her new live act merging electro-wavy and ambient phases.
